Amazing staff attitude, great comfort, transaction issue resolved promptly, very helpful

Almost perfect.

The rooms were spacious and tidy, and the bathroom amenities were good. The location was convenient and felt like being at home.

They were unwilling to provide comfort to guests and were not accommodating. I had to pay extra money because of a transactional failure, and upon realizing it was successful, the staff refused to reverse the charges.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff were remarkably attentive and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. They even went the extra mile to resolve a transactional issue promptly and efficiently. I was impressed with their professionalism and willingness to assist.

I highly recommend this hotel to families.

The room was surprisingly big and clean. the bathroom amenities provided were quite nice too. the location was also pretty good.
